We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, pricing, images and availability are accurate. However:

Products are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time without prior notice.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£).

Where applicable, VAT will be included in accordance with UK law.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and amend prices without prior notice. Any changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

5. Orders

Submitting an order does not mean it has been accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where:

Payment cannot be authorised.
A pricing or listing error has occurred.
The item is unavailable.
Fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected.
We are unable to fulfil the order for operational reasons.

Where payment has already been taken, a full refund will be issued where appropriate.

Order Cancellations

Customers may cancel their order at any time before it has been delivered.

Before dispatch: If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may cancel it for a full refund.
After dispatch: If your order has already been dispatched and you wish to cancel it while it is in transit, you may still do so. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the order to MCQ Entertainments LTD. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, any eligible refund will be processed in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.

Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging where reasonably possible. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law.

6. Payment

Other payment methods displayed during checkout.

All payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment providers. MCQ Entertainments LTD does not store your full payment card details.

7. Shipping

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days.

Estimated delivery times are provided in our Shipping Policy and are estimates only.

Delivery delays caused by couriers, weather, customs, industrial action or other circumstances beyond our control cannot be guaranteed against.

Risk in the goods transfers to the customer once the order has been successfully delivered.

8. Returns & Refunds

Our Returns & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms and explains your rights regarding cancellations, returns, refunds and faulty products.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under UK consumer protection laws.
