Returns & Refund Policy – MCQ Entertainments LTD


At MCQ Entertainments LTD, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Returns & Refund Policy explains your rights and our procedures for returns, refunds and cancelled orders.

1. Return Period

You may request to return most items within 30 days of receiving your order.

To begin a return, please contact us at mcqltd@btconnect.com before sending any item back. We will provide you with return instructions.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Be in their original condition.

  • Be returned with all original packaging, accessories and any included documentation where reasonably possible.

  • Not show signs of misuse, damage or excessive wear.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Change of Mind Returns

If you have changed your mind about your purchase:

  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by UK law.

  • Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

4. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or you receive the wrong item:

  • Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

  • We may request photographs to help assess the issue.

  • MCQ Entertainments LTD will cover the reasonable cost of returning the item where the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly.

  • Once the item has been inspected, an appropriate refund will be issued where applicable.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

5. Order Cancellations

Customers may cancel their order at any time before it has been delivered.

  • Before dispatch: Orders may be cancelled for a full refund.

  • After dispatch: Orders may still be cancelled while in transit; however, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, any eligible refund will be processed.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty or required by law:

  • Clearance or sale items.

  • Any products specifically marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

7. Exchanges

MCQ Entertainments LTD does not currently offer product exchanges.

If you require a different item, you will need to place a new order once your eligible return has been processed.

8. Refund Processing

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your return.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

9. Refused Returns

We reserve the right to refuse a refund where:

  • The item is returned outside the stated return period.

  • The item has been used, damaged or altered by the customer.

  • The return does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

Where a return is refused, the item may be returned to the customer at their expense.
